We currently support iDeal, PayPal, Sofort Banking, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Apple Pay, Giropay, Creditcard, Bancontact, EPS, ING Home'Pay, Przelewy24 and Bank Transfer.

Each payment method is subject to transaction costs, except Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer however could take a couple of workdays to get processed.

We take the GDPR law very serious, as transparency and privacy is very important to us. We will do whatever it takes to make and keep our services, customer panel, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy GDPR compliant.

We also offer managed services, which means we will do everything from updating to applying service changes. Just get in touch with us for more information.

For all our custom and managed services, we will forward your request to our other company - Cloudbear.

The transfer service is requested through our client area using a ticket. The transfer service consists of 3 stages:

  1. Move the domain. In this stage, the domain will be moved to Webbear. You are able to do this on order of a new package. The domain needs to point to the old webhosting package at your current provider, so you will not experience any downtime.
  2. Move the data. In this stage, we will move all the data for you to Webbear.
  3. Change the nameservers of your domain. In this stage, your domain will point to your new webhosting at Webbear. At this point, everything is transferred to Webbear and you are able to cancel you package at your old provider.

We will perform stage 2 and 3 for you once requested in a ticket. At this point stage 1 is already finished. If you request a transfer, please include authentication details to your current webhosting. This will allow us to move all the data over to Webbear.

The migration will be held within work hours (9AM until 6PM). If you prefer a specific time, please let us know when requesting the transfer service. 

Please note: the transfer service should be requested within the first month of your service.

We are certain that you like our service. If you do not, do not hesitate to contact our support.

In case we are unable to improve your experience, we will refund your service with no questions asked - within the first 90 days of your service. The refund amount will be calculated depending on the remaining days of your service. 

Domains will not be refunded, as these are custom crafted services. We are unable to refund the full amount of your webhosting package if you used the free included domain in a package. In that case we will refund everything except the price of the domain. 

That is a good question! A webhosting, a webhosting reseller and a domain are used for different and required in scenario's.

Webhosting
A webhosting package is useful for a single website or multiple websites for the same brand. A webhosting pakket has one or multiple domains connected to it. Your webhosting package also stores your e-mails and the data of your website. Within your webhosting package your are able to manage all your e-mails, subdomains, databases and everything else.

We do not recommend hosting multiple websites on a single webhosting package. This because a multiple websites on the same webhosting package will be able to access all the data on it, also from the other website. So in case your website is breached, they are also able to access your other website. In this case, we recommend to buy another webhosting package.

Webhosting reseller
A webhosting reseller package is recommended for reseller purpose. With a webhosting reseller you are able to create multiple webhosting packages, fully to your own liking. We recommend it for more then 10 customers and up. Otherwise we recommend to take multiple webhosting packages, for simplicity and improved security.

Domain
A domain is just the label of your website. This is linked to a webhosting package using the nameservers, which point to a hosting provider (for example, Webbear). You are able to register your domain somewhere and have your webhosting package with a different provider just fine.
