We currently support iDeal, PayPal, Sofort Banking, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Apple Pay, Giropay, Creditcard, Bancontact, EPS, ING Home'Pay, Przelewy24 and Bank Transfer.

Each payment method is subject to transaction costs, except Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer however could take a couple of workdays to get processed.

To register a domain, fill in the desired name on our website. After that, once we have received your payment - will make the necessary steps to register your domain for you. That is it! You have got your brand registered on the World Wide Web.

To transfer a domain, fill in the desired name on our website. After that, you have to fill in the EPP or transfer code. This transfer code is received from your current registrar. If you do not know this registrar or have problems with your current registrar, feel free to contact us.

Once you have placed the order with the domain and the transfer code, and once we have received your payment - will make the necessary steps to transfer your domain for you. You will receive an e-mail from us when the domain is successfully transferred.

A domain is just the label of your website. This is linked to a webhosting package using the nameservers, which point to a hosting provider (for example, Webbear). You are able to register your domain somewhere and have your webhosting package with a different provider just fine.

Nameservers are metadata of a domain that indicates what the domain name refers to. So it can be certain that you register a domain name with a provider, and your website is actually running with another provider.

A TLD (or Top Level Domain) is the last part of a domain. For example, in `webbear.nl` this is `.nl`. Every TLD is managed by a different provider. The .nl TLD (for The Netherlands) is managed by a company from The Netherlands called SIDN.
